About Us

The Cincinnati Chapter of the National Black MBA Association understands the need for mentorship and supports our Leaders of Tomorrow by providing monthly contact meetings with high school students in the Cincinnati area.  Currently, the LOT program is housed at one of Cincinnati Public's premier high schools, the Hughes STEM High School located in Clifton Heights directly across from their partner school the University of Cincinnati.  With a focus on STEM programing, high school students follow specific pathways to educational success that require business acumen skills that LOT provides through mentorship from business men and women of fortune 500 companies in Cincinnati.  This is an opportunity to support the growth of our community beginning with our students.

In addition to monthly meetings, our students have the opportunity to actively benefit from our Annual National Case Competition, our Annual National Bootcamp and our Annual National Community Service Project.  Locally, our students participate in fundraising activities to help supplement scholarships, supply goods to the needy and build lasting relationships to advance our community.

Please meet our Student Executive Board:
